
Kim is a LBP Registered Level 3 Designer and a member of ADNZ. He has been working in the building industry as an architectural designer for over twenty eight years in the greater Wellington region. Of recent years his design focus has been on restoration of several heritage buildings together with a vast amount of residential and commercial contracts. Kim’s role as General Manager/Designer enables him to personally work with clients as they come through the door and help them to fulfil their new home dreams
Daryn’s experience in the building sector is vast and varied. He has a wealth of industry experience and knowledge which enables him to concisely assess your requirements and work with you to achieve your desired result. Daryn’s role as Construction Manager enables him to use his strong building background to ascertain client requirements and ensure the building phase is as stress free as possible.

Chelsea can assist you with your sales enquiries, and is also our Office Manager. Chelsea is also in charge of quotes and construction management tracking.

Shannen is our in-house Interior Designer. She is a qualified Interior Architect, and is in charge of assisting you with your colour choices, product selections and all aspects of your interior design including kitchen and bathroom design.
