Gerry was the Business Development Manager for Landmark Homes NZ for 4 years and in partnership with Steven, become a franchisee in 2014. He is an Accountant, (but don’t hold that against him!) as he also knows the importance of great personal customer service and keeping to the customer’s budget.
Steven has a great history of building and remodelling beautiful homes for satisfied customers in the Taupo region. He has extensive knowledge of the building industry, being both a Master Builder and Licensed Building Practitioner. Steven’s focus is on excellent workmanship and always going the extra mile for customers.
Escaping the “madness” of Auckland in January 2011, Angeleine and her family moved to Kinloch, a place she had many holidays as a youngster, to enjoy the benefits of a semi-rural lifestyle. Subsequently, they built a new home which led to a new love - assisting and guiding others with the building of “their” new home. With a keen eye for detail and a passion to exceed client expectations, Angeleine’s prime objective is to provide people with an enjoyable experience, taking care to work with them to realise their most important asset, their home.
In her spare time, Angeleine can generally be found out on the lake with her family enjoying a spot of boating, swimming and fishing!

On reflecting on my employment history – spanning the last 45 years – I have spent approximately 80% of it in the “building based industry”. Rather ironic being that I am the daughter of a builder!!!
I am married, with 2 children and 4 grandchildren. I have had a long association with the equestrian sports world and enjoy sea fishing in the Coromandel.
Maree has been self- employed for the past 12 years as an interior designer and colour consultant, specialising in soft furnishings. Maree believes that you never get a second chance to make that first impression, so service is incredibly important and she strives to give her clients a stress free experience.
Maree designed her own newly completed home and has a strong understanding of the design and build process. She has a passion for photography and in her spare time you will find her socialising with friends, family whether it be over coffee or out enjoying our outdoors.
A builder with 15 years experience who has built everything from Power Stations (not by himself!) to his own fence. Tony has vast experience building new homes and running building crews. He has now taken on the challenge of Construction Manager for Landmark Homes Taupo build's.
Tony loves spending time in the great outdoors - hunting, fishing and playing golf. Tony's parents are also in the building industry and so brings some tremendous knowledge and experience to the Landmark Homes Taupo Construction team.
