Quality Control
In order to provide you with a superior, high-quality product Landmark Homes contract an Independent Quality Control company to perform stringent quality control checks on every Landmark Home built in areas where the service is available.
As part of our assurance to you that building with Landmark is a pleasurable experience with a superb end result, we take the utmost care to ensure your home is built to the highest of standards, with rigorous testing and quality control procedures in place. During the planning and development stage, extensive checklists are adhered to. This means that when plans are submitted for both pricing and consent, they are processed quickly and accurately.
The independent quality control company is ISO9001:2008 registered for property inspections and all inspectors are Accredited Building Surveyors who are independently accredited by the Building Officials Institute of New Zealand.
